How to eliminate cravings and get back on the wagon



Lot's of you may be struggling with cravings, especially during the recent holiday season. Why does this happen, and what can you do about it? Click the play button to find out. PS. When I refer to junk food and garbage, I mean EVERYTHING that is not good for you: Sugar, alcohol, heavy starches (breads, pasta, white rice, white flour products), deep fried foods, processed foods etc.

Yes. Even protein bars that don't use sugar, still contain artificial sweeteners that unfortunately perpetuate cravings for heavy starches and sweets. Cold turkey is really the best way to approach this until you get past the initial difficulty and start to regain your taste for natural foods.
