Exercises to get toned and sculpted arms.

What exercises are the best for toning and sculpting the arms?

There isn't just one that's better than the rest; it takes quite a few exercises that work various muscles to get the absolute best overall effect for sculpting the arms.

But instead of me preaching to you about which arm toning exercises I recommend, why don't you let me know which exercises you have the most difficulty with?

There are always exercises that many folks don't know if they are doing correctly, so let me know what those are.

Also, I should point out, that I do not agree with Jessica's Matthew's prescription for 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise three times per week. Not if you want quick results anyway.

Remember, high intensity interval training can cut your cardio time by more than 50% and give you better results. It also boosts your metabolism and makes you burn more calories while you are sitting at your desk.

Moderate intensity cardio for long durations is DEAD.

Michelle Obama's Arms Workout

Michelle Obama has been thrust into the public eye now that she is the new First Lady of the United States.

That is one way of doing it, but can it be done in less time and without a trainer?

Fitness Expert Interviews Rylan Duggan

Hey folks, here is the rest of the interview with that was done with me last week (the interviewer has asked to remain anonymous until their article is published, at which time I can reveal their identity)...

As promised, I’m back again today with the juicy details of my interview with Canada’s ‘Problem Part Pro’ fitness expert, Rylan Duggan, and our discussion about his new Go Sleeveless system that promises better results than plastic surgery.

Furthermore, whenever there is trauma to the tissue, the muscles in that area essentially shut-off and go into protective mode. This coupled with the fact that you aren’t able to exercise and move around results in muscle wasting, a lowering of your metabolism, and fat gain.

By the time the full results from your surgery are seen, it has been more than 8 weeks, your metabolism is slower, you’ve gained body fat, you’ve lost muscle tissue and tone, your fitness has decreased, you’ve been taking harmful painkillers, and you’re also several thousand dollars poorer from the cost of the surgery and having to take time off work. All for a couple measly kilos?! Doesn’t sound too appealing to me.

How To Lose Body Fat

The constant struggle - the battle of the bulge. Why is it that you continue to grow in size, month after month, and year after year when we are told that we are finished growing by age 25? Why do you always end up a few pounds heavier than you were the year before, despite the fact that on New Years Day you vowed you wouldn’t? Why do you constantly find yourself shopping for larger sizes, and still squeezing yourself into your pants in the morning, hoping the zipper will make it all the way to the top? Why is it that your health has declined steadily, you never have any energy, and you are always tired? Why is it that you are ashamed to look at your naked body in the mirror, and too embarrassed to wear anything even remotely revealing?

For most people, it’s because you’ve tried every quick fix in the book. It’s time to realize that a quick fix doesn’t exist. You aren’t going to create the body of your dreams by taking a pill or two every day. You aren’t going sculpt and define your stomach and butt by spending 10 minutes, three days a week, with some fitness gadget. All ages, every size, every ethnicity, every background - everyone has the potential to have the body of their dreams, EVERYONE. It’s time you got serious and do the thing that you know you must. The one thing that is proven again and again to be the only thing that actually works, and works every time: a proper diet and exercise program.

As unfortunate as it is, our butts are out there and subjected to other people’s judgment…“look at the size of her butt!’’…“look at the caboose on that one!”… “she doesn’t have the butt for those pants”... “wow, she shouldn’t be wearing a bathing suit with that thing”. Not flattering comments, but if you listen closely at the gym, the beach, or just about anywhere on the street, this is the hurtful reality of what people are saying.

Your problem butt may fall into one of two classes: too big, or too small. Too big and you can’t do a thing to hide it no matter what you wear, except maybe a trench coat or poncho. It makes finding jeans that fit you properly a near impossibility, and when it comes time to don that bathing suit, well, you don’t even want to think about how self-conscious you become.
