What about calories?
So how does diet play into getting rid of arm flab?
Well, first you must consider weather or not your weight is stable, ie. you haven't been gaining weight over the last couple weeks.
If your weight is stable, then you can pretty much be assured that what you are eating is being burned up by your metabolism just fine.
Now here's the important part.
If your weight is stable at the time you begin the Go Sleeveless program, then you don't even need to worry about diet. All the extra calories you will be burning on the program will have you melting off body fat in no time.
Of course, that is assuming you don't start increasing your calories when you start the program.
But what if your weight isn't stable? What if you've been gaining weight?
In that case you will need to find out how many calories you are burning, and how many you are eating, and bring that into balance.
