How to Get Rid Of Love Handles

Before you do another side-bend, crunch, or sit-up to eliminate love handles, STOP! You may be making your waist bulge even more! I’m not sure who coined the phrase ‘love handles’, but it must have been the same person who started using the terms ‘big boned’ and ‘baby fat’ to excuse away their problem areas with cutesy words. The truth is, nobody loves love handles. Who wants to squeeze into their jeans each morning and feel those rolls bulging out the sides? And trying to cover it up with oversized shirts doesn’t seem to work as the rolls always have a way of showing through no matter how big and baggy your tops are. Of course wearing a two-piece bathing suit is out of the question entirely, and as if it wasn’t already difficult enough to try and hide your love handles, why do jeans seem to be cut even lower and snugger every passing season?

If you’re like most women, you’ve struggled with this problem area nearly your whole life, but no matter how many crunches and sit-ups you do, and no matter how many desperate hours you’ve wasted on treadmills, steppers, and cross-trainers, you still can’t get the bulges to budge. And maybe you’ve made the horrible mistake that many other women unknowingly have and actually made your waist thicker and more bulky by doing exercises that you thought were supposed to trim your midsection. Imagine your horror as you find your jeans getting even tighter six weeks after you start an intense training program that is supposed to make you smaller. When you look at yourself in the mirror and you see more of a rectangle, than the much-desired v-shape that you strive for, well, that’s enough to make anyone throw in the towel in surrender. After all, what’s the use wasting all this time and effort if you’re actually making yourself bigger! I guess it’s back to the old standby of holding it all in with control-top pantyhose.

But I’m here to tell you that there is a solution to a bulging waistline and unsightly love handles that doesn’t require an optical illusion, and it’s really surprisingly simple. The big secret is using exercises designed to tone and shrink the waist as opposed to building big and bulky muscles around your hips - which is exactly what many abs machines, weighted side-bends and many other exercises do. Combined with a short duration cardio program designed to melt away body fat (instead of the marathon cardio sessions that actually make fat loss slow down), and you have the makings of a guaranteed success program that will not only eliminate love handles and shrink your waist, but tighten and tone other trouble spots like the lower back, tummy, and hips, all while improving your health, vitality, and energy.

And the solution my friends, is right within the pages of Love Handle Eliminator.
