Please let me know what you think in the comments section below...

Thanks in advance!

NOTE: I just added my own before and after photos at Go Sleeveless thanks to some prodding from you ladies, so after you are done rating my glasses, go check those out too.

Look good. Not dorkie. Maybe a bit "bare naken ladies" but I think a good choice. Your wife has good taste.

Unless... if this weekend is your valentine's make up week end for time spent doing Go Sleeveless -and you are taking blackberry - she should shoot you!

I love that you are asking here on your blog. Too funny. I'm not sure that they are the best for your face shape. Good luck!

I think they look alright. I hate finding new glasses myself. Takes me about 6 months to find a pair usually! My gut tells me that maybe contacts are the way to go, because it's all about how you feel yourself. I think you know when you look good in something.

your wife would tell you if they looked bad. its a good look and you should keep them! Diane

Hi Rylan, I think the glasses are very cool looking ! You do not look like a dork at all, you look quite dashing. I think you should listen to your wife. Hey, I am loving the program. The fitness band/door exercises are fabulous.

Glad you are enjoying the program! I really put my heart and soul into my work to give you the BEST product possible.

And thanks to you all for the kind words. Looks like I will be sticking with them ;-)

I really like the glasses. They suit you very well. I think the frames are just the right size - not too big and not too small... and you look cool in them. I say keep them!

I think your own transformation story and before and after pictures are amazing.

It would have been much harder socially for you as a teenager than me in mid life to be obese.

Thanks for sharing it. It makes you human.

I like 'em too. It's hard because there's no comparison these vs. ? but if I saw you on the street or something, I wouldn't notice them, (which I think is the point of good glasses...if you're wearing them to make a statement, I'd say something else).

Come on people.

Enuf about the glasses

What do you think about the before and after pictures?!

PS I AM REFERRING TO RYLAN'S BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES - YOU HAVE TO SEE THEM!

COMEON RYLAN PUT IN THE LINK AGAIN. I THINK BECAUSE YOU SLIPPED IT IN THE SAME PARAGRAPH ABOUT THE GLASSES IT MAY HAVE BEEN OVERLOOKED - NICE TRY THO!

I think you need to get contacts. I don't think those glasses do you any good.

Your wife is just being kind when she says they are good on your face.

Ouch,

At least you're honest.

Hey Reylan, I think your glasses makes you look more older than you are. I'd say get another one.

Rylan Duggan RK, CSCS said...

I'm only 26, how old can I really look?

Christine RN, BTech SN (OHN) said...

27?

You are adorable. Love the Canadian accent.

I love your new glasses. And Byron wants you to know that studies show people in glasses appear more trustworthy! (not that we don't already trust you implicitly!)
