How To Lose Body Fat

The constant struggle - the battle of the bulge. Why is it that you continue to grow in size, month after month, and year after year when we are told that we are finished growing by age 25? Why do you always end up a few pounds heavier than you were the year before, despite the fact that on New Years Day you vowed you wouldn’t? Why do you constantly find yourself shopping for larger sizes, and still squeezing yourself into your pants in the morning, hoping the zipper will make it all the way to the top? Why is it that your health has declined steadily, you never have any energy, and you are always tired? Why is it that you are ashamed to look at your naked body in the mirror, and too embarrassed to wear anything even remotely revealing?

For most people, it’s because you’ve tried every quick fix in the book. It’s time to realize that a quick fix doesn’t exist. You aren’t going to create the body of your dreams by taking a pill or two every day. You aren’t going sculpt and define your stomach and butt by spending 10 minutes, three days a week, with some fitness gadget. And you DEFINITELY won’t get fit playing a fitness video game on your Nintendo Wii (no matter how much you want it to be true). If that’s the case, then why bother? You can’t possibly spare a couple hours a day, 6 days a week to slave away in a crowded and noisy gym. Maybe you’ll just have to come to terms with being fat. After all, everyone ends up fat eventually anyway when our metabolisms slow down and we get older.

Nonsense! Don’t think for a minute you are some special case, with an abnormally slow metabolism, and bad genetics. You are fat not because you are getting older, not because you have a bad metabolism, and not because your parents gave you bad genes. It’s thinking like this that landed you in the position you are in now. You and everyone else is fat because they keep ignoring what they KNOW works.

There is hope, really there is. In my line of work, I see proof of it every single day. All ages, every size, every ethnicity, every background - everyone has the potential to have the body of their dreams, EVERYONE. It’s time you got serious and do the thing that you know you must. The one thing that is proven again and again to be the only thing that actually works, and works every time: a proper diet and exercise program.

So here it is. The program that has one goal, and one goal only: To blast body fat off you as fast as humanly possible. You don’t need a gym, and you don’t need to spend hours a day working out. If you follow this program start to finish, don’t stop and take time to analyze if you’re doing the right thing or not, and forget about supplements and fitness gadgets altogether, in 8 weeks you will be looking at a healthier, happier, skinnier, and sexier you. Period.
